A massive book, about 3.5ft in width and 5ft in length. Its spine is made of gold and its cover is made of a mix of metalic and chromatic dragon scales. At its center is a small dome gem of diamond with a sliver of obsidian inside, making the gem have the look of a dragons eye. Said to have been created from the scales of Bahamut and Tiamut themselves, with the gem created in a moment of mutual peace between dieties, lost to history long ago. A list of commands can be given if a player reads from it. Reading the words will trump any resistant force no matter what. The commands function similarly to,"Wish" but is capable of overpowering any wish, and doesnt require spell slots. The proccess of giving commands is below. A player must also have the book touching them to use.

Command: Any one word verb or adjective can be used in the command, such as "heal" or "levitate".
Target: Targets can be practically anything, but nothing larger than a city. A target can only be one word, like "Self" or "Stone".
Time: Time detmines when the command activates, and must be between instantaneous and 24 hours.
Specifications: Added details can be added to the command, but must not exceed 3 specifications. Rules for the prior applications stand and cannot be changed through application.
The book is capable of shrinking down into a ring made of pure gold, with the gem in its center. The book can also levitate if the ring bearer chooses, but its size cannot be manipulated in any way outside of ring form.
