This specialist Flail, has a 6m chain and functions much like a whip. It has a ball shaped hammer on each end of the chain. Due to the nature of this weapon and it's fighting style, While using it correctly it acts like a shield in one hand and the other end is used as a weapon.
Parry. If you make an attack action on your turn with the Meteor Hammer, double headed, you can use it to defend yourself. You gain a +2 bonus to AC until the start of your next turn, while the weapon is in your hand and you aren’t incapacitated.
Special. If you attack with a double-headed Meteor Hammer as part of the Attack action on your turn, you can use a bonus action immediately after to make a melee attack with it. This attack deals 1d4 bludgeoning damage on a hit, instead of 1d8
Proficiency with a Flail allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
