Armor of the Aurorans, the personal warriors of Meridia herself. While the Aurorans themselves aren't creatures of free will, the armor they wear can be worn by any mortal being. The wearer of the armor is plated in beautifully radiant gold that reflects light like that of Meridia's colored rooms. Those who wear this armor can nearly blind others with their brilliance.
Wearers of this armor give off a golden, rainbow like, light that illuminates dark spaces up to 30 feet, and dimly lit up to 60 feet. The wearer of this armor may cast the spell Blinding Smite once per day, on a successful attack.
Plate consists of shaped, interlocking metal plates to cover the entire body. A suit of plate includes gauntlets, heavy leather boots, a visored helmet, and thick layers of padding underneath the armor. Buckles and straps distribute the weight over the body.
