You gain a +3 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with psychic attacks.
When you make a range attack using psychic damage, you may target an additional creature with the attack as long as the original target is in a direct line of sight between you and the additional target. The attack uses the same attack roll as the original and the same damage as the original. They psychic attack phases through your original target until it manifests as it hits the second, dealing its effects onto both.
