Once attuned, it takes 1 days for you to acclimate to using the arm with practice, during that time you have a disadvantage on all checks requiring it.)

This artificial arm is a slick appendage made from Adamantine laced with Mithril and gold engraved with small arcane sigils. The interior of the arm contains a multitude of components that make it function, including an arcane battery. The item molds to the person so the hands are magically interchangeable. During the creation of the contraption, the creator spilled their lunch of stewed cabbages onto the item, thus causing a unique feature to appear.

As a result of a NAT 1 failed spell or attack roll this arm malfunctions and causes a projectile head of cabbage to jettison from the palm at the speeds and range of a short bow, but deals 2d6 of damage on impact. You must roll a second attack roll to determine if you hit your target. Every time this effect has triggered the user and the arm simultaneously yell, "My Cabbages!" On a successful hit, the creature being attacked must roll a constitution save of 10 or be stunned for a round.

Once attuned and acclimated to you, your Strength score increases by 2, you gain 1 ac boost, and if you are a spellcaster you gain the ability to use this arm as a spellcasting focus and the arm's appearance might change as a result of said spellcasting permeating its internal magic. Additionally, you can activate a magic blade that comes out of the arm near the hand. This blade can be any type you wish and will have a different damage type depending on its specifications.

Notes: Damage: Bludgeoning, Slashing, AC, Strength Score, a humanoid that is missing an arm, Utility, Artificer
