Amulet of Endurance

The amulet of endurance is a charm made by followers of Ilmater, the goddess of endurance. They where created to help protect those being suppressed and get through difficult times.

While you wear this amulet enemies dealing damage to you have disadvantage on damage rolls while your health is 0 or below. If you have attuned to this item you also gain advantage on death saves.
