This amulet is marked with the symbols of Orcus.
When worn, the ground within 20 feet of the wearer becomes desecrated ground.
In addition, corpses come to life as [Tooltip Not Found] when exposed to the necrotic energy exuded by the amulet (no action required). The zombies act as normal, and can attack the wearer of the Amulet unless they have necromancy spells, are undead, or are otherwise unlikely to be targeted by undead.
The Amulet has an AC of 18 and an HP of 10. When destroyed, the necrotic energy subsided immediately, but zombies created by it are not destroyed.
