This weapon typically appears as an inconsistent sphere of pure, purple colored arcane energy. When picked up, it becomes a bit more consistent, taking the shape of a more usual bow, yet it remains as its glowing purple color. Once an arrow is loosed from its arcane string, it attunes to the wielder. They can then summon it to their side at any time. This bow summons spectral arrows when the string is pulled back, meaning that it has an infinite supply of them. The only problem is that it draws from the energy of the user and, occasionally, those around them to create said arrows, so it can be draining to use in prolonged combat. The arrows also gain power with the amount of energy it takes to create them, allowing the user to pour nearly all of their energy into one arrow to make it cause far more damage than any other arrow.
Stats:
Damage: 1d8 Piercing + 3 Necrotic
Perk 1: Uncanny Arrows (Requires Attunement)
This longbow doesn't require any ammunition to use. It instead leeches the user's health for each arrow, requiring a minimum of 1 health sacrificed to fire it. You can willingly sacrifice additional health to deal more damage. For every 10 health sacrificed, add one bonus d8 Piercing and 1 Necrotic damage. While attuned to this weapon, you have pseudo-health up to your total level * 2. This health can only be used as a sacrifice for this perk, and can not take damage in place of your actual health. It is fully restored after a long rest, and a short rest returns 1/4th rounded up. You cannot bring yourself below 1 health with this perk.
Perk 2: Anchor of The Dark (Requires Attunement)
Upon rolling a natural 20 with an attack utilizing this weapon, the arrow slams into the target and causes a unique effect. It leaves behind a pool of dark energy which erupts from the body of the target. It causes a blast of decaying energies, dealing 1d4 Necrotic damage to all targets of the user's choice within 20ft. of the original target. This includes the target. The pool lingers for a while, remaining for 2 * The Number of Targets Affected. Those affected by the pool have their movement speed reduced by 10, their armor class dropped by 2, and all take an extra 1d4 Force damage whenever another affected target is damaged. These effects disappear immediately after the pool fades. The Necrotic damage dealt by this perk does not heal undead. (WARNING: THIS EFFECT DOES NOT RELEASE PESTILENCE. ONCE IS ENOUGH, I WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DEATHS OF ANY MORE INNOCENT THAN I ALREADY AM.)
Proficiency with a Longbow allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.
