If your hp is reduced to 0 and you are knocked unconscious while wearing this amulet you immediately regain consciousness with 1 hp. Whenever this effect activates you automatically lose a death saving throw. The wearer of the amulet continues this process until they no longer have any death saving throw, at which point the wearer dies.
