These magical glasses are worn over the eyes, functioning as normal reading glasses for the user. However, underneath the surface, these glasses give you a bevy of information about your environment. While wearing them, you have advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on sight. In conditions of clear visibility, you can make out details of even extremely distant creatures and objects as small as 2 feet across. In addition, skill checks and armor that normally would use dexterity may use intelligence instead, as instinct is replaced with the parsing of pure data. However, all specs are unique. Once taken on by a user, they cannot be used by another creature.
To you, numbers and figured constantly flood the glasses for you to decipher about your environment. However, to others these seem to be quite ordinary glasses. If you are a wizard or a bard, your spells and their words may be stored inside the glasses, allowing them to act as a spellcasting focus. This focus grants a +3 to spell saving throws and attack rolls, and does not stack with class specific caster attunement items.
Lastly, with these glasses on, you have 60ft worth of truesight. Any magic you see is coated in an aura that tells you what school it is, if any, and a source, if any. While wearing these, you can always identify what spell is being cast, and when it is being cast.
Notes: Advantage: Perception, Bonus: Spell Save DC, Bonus: Ranged Spell Attacks, Wizard or bard with less than 13 dexterity, Detection, Utility, Eyewear
