Arcanist's Crystalline Estate

The Arcanists Crystalline Estate is a purple, self-illuminating gemstone with the illusion of a Mansion contained within. This gemstone allows the attuned user to cast the magnificent mansion spell.

The spell has these additional effects:

• When designating the creatures who can enter you must be specific. It can not be "Everyone" and can only hold a maximum of nine (9) people.
• The Crystalline Estate lasts indefinitely provided the attuned gemstone remains inside the crystalline estate.
• If the attuned user cancels the spell or unattunes from the crystal, all things not created by the crystal will be expelled from the estate into the nearest unoccupied space available at the location of the estates creation.
• Recasting the spell, or a attuning the gemstone to a new owner, does not let you change the interior but lets you change whom can enter the mansion.
