The head of this arrow resembles a syringe, with a glass tube at the front protected by a metal casing, and a long, thin metal needle extruding out of it.
As an action, you can remove the arrowhead and pour a potion inside. The arrowhead can magically hold a single potion, no matter the size. While the arrowhead is filled, you can load and shoot it with a bow, crossbow, or similar weapon. If you hit a creature, instead of dealing damage it injects the creature with the potion and the creature gains its effect. If the creature targeted is willing to be hit, you roll with advantage.
A creature can still administer the potion within the arrow to themselves or others as per the normal rules of consuming potions.
