This bow was specially made by an Elven wizard who fancied herself quite the archer. Instead of using a boring wand to cast and enhance her spells, she fashioned this longbow. In appearance, you draw the bowstring and a glowing arrow will form of the appropriate colour to your attack spell. In function, you gain a +2 bonus to spell attack rolls and you ignore half cover when making a spell attack. It also acts as a +2 Longbow.
As an added bonus, if you find yourself out of spells the bow itself contains 5 charges of Fire Bolt (cast at 5th level) that will recharge with a long rest.
Proficiency with a Longbow allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.
