An exquisetely decorated mithril beer stein (with cap) shaped in the likeness of the bearded face of Moradin the Allhammer. One the lid the words "To Allhammer's Beard" are written in dwarven. The stein can be used as a divine focus by priests of Moradin.
The Stein functions as bludgeoning weapon dealing 1d4 points of damage and has the light and bludgeoning qualities. It has an enhancement of +2 to hit and damage. Dwarves and priests of Moradin the Allhammer are always proficient with the stein.
As a Bonus Action you may speak out the words written on the lid loud and clear in dwarven and then immediately down the fresh beer that appears in the stein (1 pint) without spilling it. This requires a DC 10 constitution roll to successfully complete. If you succeed, you immediately gain the benefit of a bless spell (you only) until the end of your next turn, without needing concentration.
Additionally, you may immediately use your reaction in the same round you actiavated ist, let out an impressively loud belch, which requires another DC 10 Constitution ability roll. If you succeed on this second constitution roll, the Bless effect lasts for a number of rounds equal to twice your proficiency bonus without concentraiton. If you succeed on this belching roll by a margin of 5 or more (15 or more on the roll) you intimidate your foes so much that you gain advantage on melee attacks against any creature that can hear you until the start of your next round, while creatures that attack you with melee attacks in that time have disadvantage on their attack rolls.
You may activate the stein a number of times per day equal to your proficiency bonus. If you activate it more than once during the same hour and fail on any of the first Constitution ability roll you are drunk and have disadvantage on all attack rolls, ability checks and saving throws for 1 hour.
Finally, if you cast Spiritual Weapon while holding the Stein in one hand, the spiritual weapon takes the form of ghostly hammer the head of which looks like the Stein. Your spirutual weapon has a +2 to hit and damage.
Proficiency with a Club allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.
