Amulet of Elemental Protection

While wearing this amulet, you have  immunity to normal elemental damage caused of non-magical nature. "Normal" is considered any damage that would be less than 20/of damage in one round; however this will not allow the wielder to swim through a pond of lava or jump into an electrical storm.  This protects from elemental damage from acid, cold, fire or energy. If the item is exposed to more than 100 points of damage in one single round it will be permanently destroyed.

In addition, the wielder of this item may once per day choose to be resistant to one form of magical elemental damage for up to 1 hour.
