Weapon (longbow), legendary
This magic weapon grants a +3 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with it.

This bow has 10 charges and it regains 1d6+4 expended charges daily at dawn.

While you are within 5 ft of a hostile creature you can expend one charge as a reaction to move 10 ft in any direction horizontally without provoking opportunity attacks and make an attack with this magical bow.

Whenever you make an attack with this magical bow you can fire an additional, spectral arrow simultaneously. This spectral arrow can target the same creature or a different one. If you target the same creature the arrow automatically hits if the original arrow hit. If you target a different creature you must first make an attack roll against that creature. This arrow can pass through a single object or creature. Any hit with a spectral arrow deals an additional 2d6 force damage.

Proficiency with a Longbow allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.
