The contents within are a silverish blue with bubbles rising though it and popping on the surface.
Upon drinking this concoction the consumer feels bubbles in thier gut and a slight lightness to thier step. At the slightest jump they are catapulted to 5x thier movement speed. As they descend they feel the a feather weightlessness and descend at half thier movement speed per turn.
