once per long rest you may do one of the following:

Stop Time: Time around you freezes, allowing you to move unaffected for 30 seconds. You can choose if time freezes for just you or for anyone else. 

Magical footsteps: You bolster yourself with speed unmatched in the material plane, allowing yourself to sprint up to 200 feet away in 3 seconds.
