While wearing this cloak, you gain +2 to your spell attack bonus and spell save DC. Moreover, you gain resistance to non-magical damage while you wear this cloak.
Dissolving Starlight. This cloak has 100 charges. When you take damage while wearing this cloak, you can choose to expend any number of charges and reduce the damage you take by the number of charges you expend. If you reduce the damage to 0, you can choose to have the attacker make a Dexterity saving throw against your Spell Save DC - on a failure, the target takes force damage equal to the amount of charges you use to reduce the damage.
