Amulet of UnDeath

Reap Soul: Whenever a creature that is not an Undead is reduced to 0 hit points and is within 30ft, it's soul is reaped and you may add their soul to a pool in the amulet. The max amount of souls the amulet can contain is 10. 

Vision of Undeath:  By consuming 1 soul, the amulet grants you true sight of 60 feet for 1 hour. If this ability is used more than once in 24hrs, you must make a constitution saving throw at disadvantage or cause blindness, adding an additional disadvantage die per each time used.

Fabric of Space: As an action to expend 2 of its charges to transport yourself and anything you are wearing or carrying to a location within 100 feet of you

Beg for Mercy: As an Action to expend 1 of its chargers, you can remove one status effect from yourself or another. The restless soul damages the mind during this process and the target takes 1d4 psychic damage.(must touch the target, cannot be used on legendary creatures)

Limitless Travels As an action to expend all 10 of its charges you can name a location that you are familiar with on another plane of existence. Then make a DC 15 Intelligence check. On a successful check, you cast the plane shift spell. On a failure, you and each creature and object within 15 feet of you travel to a random destination. Roll a d100. On a 1–60, you travel to a random location on the plane you named. On a 61–100, you travel to a randomly determined plane of existence. (This action can automatically fail at DM's discretion, during this failure you are terrorized by the souls you attempted to consume, and your charges reset to zero)

Vengeance: During a short or long rest, you are visited by the tormented soul(s) you have trapped in the Amulet. During this time you take 1d4 psychic damage . The soul(s) remain within the Amulet until they are used. The soul(s) cannot find rest as long as they remain within, and neither will you.

Curse of Binding: Once attuned to this item, it cannot be removed or destroyed by anything, not even a wish.
