Ancient Teardrop

This item is made up of 2 charges. It disappears when both charges are spent. When you take an instance of more than 100 damage that would cause you to drop to 0 hit points, or when you would be affected by an effect that would kill you instantaneously or cause you to drop to 0 hit points, the damage or effect is mitigated so that you drop to 1 hit point and this item loses one charge.
