Wondrous Item, artifact (requires attunement by a Wizard)
A Lantern once made of ruddy iron and attuned to tiamat was altered for the Rising Necromancer Silvadoniszeldis by Bahamut and is now made of Platinum with a sickly green flickering portal contained within.
This lantern is capable of opening and closing portals to the nine hells at will, and acts as a +1 spell focus or component pouch.
