Wondrous Item, artifact (requires attunement by a Elf or Ranger)

This quiver was once in the possession of the first Great Elvin king,a ranger who united all of the Elves into one group. Upon his death, the quiver was seen as a holy item for many years, until the elves fragmented once again. It somehow wound up in the Lair of a Gold dragon. Part of his soul still dwells within the Bow, giving it a peaceful personality, it wants to be reunited with the rest of the Elvin king's equipment.

The quiver is a sentient weapon that can speak Common and Elvish, both telepathically, and verbally. It has darkvison to 30ft.

Each of the quiver's thirty-one compartments connects to an extra dimensional space that allows the quiver to hold numerous items while never weighing more than 5 pounds. The shortest twelve compartments can hold up to one thousand arrows, bolts, or similar objects each. The twelve mid-sized compartments holds up to eighteen javelins or similar objects each. The largest compartment holds up to six long objects, such as bows, quarterstaff, or Lances each. The final compartment, holds up to three crossbows.

You can draw any item the quiver contains as if doing so from a regular quiver or scabbard.

While attuned to the quiver, you can attune to up to four total items, as long as the items above three are part of the Great Elvin King's equipment.

The quiver has an extra hidden slot for the Great Elvin King's Bow

When Attuned to the Great Elvin King's Swords, as well as the Great Elvin King's Quiver, The Great Elvin King's Scabbards appear as they are apart of the Quiver.

Every item, has a piece hanging out, the arrow and bolt compartments each have only one of the items sticking out.

EX. If you have +3 arrows in one of the slots, and +2 arrows in another, you can grab either one with ease. If you have a +3 and a +2 bows in the largest compartment, both have an ethereal display, until you try and grab for one.

Placing a Great Elvin King's Quiver inside an extra-dimensional space created by a handy haversack, portable hole or similar item instantly destroys both items and opens a gate to the Astral Plane. The gate originates where the one item was placed inside the other. Any creature within 10 feet of the gate is sucked through it to a random location on the Astral Plane. The gate then closes. The gate is one-way only and can’t be reopened.
