This ancient celestial weapon is +3 magical weapon as it seems to have a dark red blade, for the thousands of of lives it has taken.
this weapon does an additional 2d12 + your strength modifier as slashing damage.
As a bonus action, your weapon can transform into a two handed Scythe and does the following:
When you hit with this weapon it deals 2d10 + your strength modifier as slashing damage.
Also when doing a called shot the target must make a DC:13 Constitution saving throw, if it fails the targeted limb is sliced off.
(this does not work on the head unless the target has less then 30 HP.)
Proficiency with a Longbow allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.
