Ring, rare (requires attunement by a Gith)
This armband is made from a shifting-ever-changing metal originating from the plane of Limbo. When attuned and worn by a Gith, it increases the range of their Gith psionics by an additional 15 feet. The band may also be used offensively to slow down enemies in battle. As a bonus action, the user may send the armband towards a designated target and latches on. The target must make a strength save against your spell save DC (8 + PB + Int (Githyanki) or Wis (Githzerai) if not a spellcaster). If the target fails the save, their movement speed is halved. The target may repeat this save with an action on subsequent turns.
