Wondrous Item, legendary

This cut flower has both been imbued with a genie’s power and cursed by a hag. It has 1d4 + 1 perky yellow petals and 1d4 + 1 wilted black petals.

You can use an action to pluck a petal from the boutonniere and activate its effect, rolling a d4 and consulting the appropriate table below, after which the petal becomes nonmagical. A yellow petal grants you a boon, and a black petal can curse another creature. A curse takes effect immediately on a creature you can see as part of the action used to pick the petal. If a spell or effect requires a saving throw, the save DC is 15.

Yellow Petals
d4 Boon
1 You gain a flying speed equal to your walking speed and can hover. You can fly for up to 12 hours, all at once or in several shorter flights, each one using a minimum of 1 minute from the duration. If you are flying when the duration expires, you descend at a rate of 30 feet per round until you land.
2 You can cast conjure elemental at 5th level once per day for the next 7 days, requiring no material components.
3 Whenever you or a creature you can see makes a saving throw or an ability check, you can treat the d20 roll as a 20. You make this choice after you see the roll, but before the DM says whether the result is a success or a failure. After you use this feature, you can’t do so again, unless you receive the same boon from another petal.
4 You can cast the wish spell once with this boon.
Black Petals
d4 Boon
1 You cast polymorph. The creature has disadvantage on its saving throw.
2 You cast banishment, sending the creature to the Ethereal Plane. If you maintain concentration on the spell for the full duration, the target doesn’t return.
3 Whenever the creature makes an attack roll or a saving throw, it must roll a d4 and subtract the number rolled from the attack roll or saving throw. A remove curse spell ends this effect.
4 You cast bestow curse at 9th level. The creature has disadvantage on its saving throw.
