Rather than any form of armor, its a device that can be attached to any armor through the proper adjustments, and when attached, may function as a means of thrust and flight for the user.
Flight: The user of the device gains flight equal to their movement speed, and isn't hindered by their armor weight.
Full Blast: As a bonus action, the user can crank the thruster to full blast, which allows them to gain an significant increase in speed, and gain a speed equal to 3 times their own movement speed, though the user would find it difficult to change direction and, as a result, can only go in the direction their body is facing upon activation. This ability can only be used 3 times per long rest, and if all three charges are spent before, then it loses its function until the user can have a long rest.
Any creature directly behind the thrusters of the pack may suffer 4d6 fire damage, and upon the activation of Full Blast, the damage and range increases, with anyone 5 feet behind the user suffering 4d8 fire damage. All forms of concentration are lost when Full Blast is in use, and no spells can be cast during use, though attack actions can be made using martial weapons, as long as they don't have the have the heavy condition, and have the light condition OR finesse condition, with proficiency. You can use this while wearing heavy armor, but at a cost of 5 feet of movement speed in flight. Ranged attacks made outside of 10 feet while in full blast are made with disadvantage.
Notes: Set: Innate Speed (Walking), Speed Reduction: Remove, Bonus: Speed (Flying), Rather than it being a simple attunement, its more of a training to gain proper practice to use it to its fullest potential, Buff, Movement, Utility, Footwear
