This amulet awakens the powers of one's dragon ancestry. Character must have dragon ancestry otherwise it has no effect.
Grants user a breath weapon, damage-type associated with that of their dragon ancestry. Breath is a 30ft cone that deals 5d8 damage, half as much on a successful dex save. Ability can be used 2x per long rest or can be used more if the user can sacrifice a 3rd level spell slot or higher.
