This magnificent longbow is carved from a large set of Auroch's horns by shamans of the tribes of the great planes in honor of formidable hunters. On some rare occasions, the receiver of the bow hones their bowmanship so far they become one with the bow, unleashing the full potential of the bow.
You have a +2 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon, and on a hit the target takes an extra 1d8 force damage.
While wielding this bow, you may speak the command word, which uses one charge. The next arrow shot from the bow transforms into a stampede of giant Aurochs, charging at your target. Each creature in a 150' long, 5' wide line must make a Dexterity saving throw or suffer 3d6 piercing damage, 3d6 bludgeoning damage, and be knocked prone. On a successful save a creature only takes half that amount of damage and isn't knocked prone. You may choose to use more than one charge upon calling on the weapon's power; in this case, each type of damage increases by 2d6 for each charge used.
The bow has three charges, which it regains at dawn every day.
Proficiency with a Longbow allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.
