Wand, legendary
Using this wand will allow two spells of different schools and different levels to be cast together in a blend to create a new kind of spell. The spells can not come from the same school or level. The first spell is cast as a regular spell and takes a regular spell slot, the second spell is cast as a bonus action. The wand requires a full round of rest after dual spells are cast.
