Amulet - Odin's All Seeing Eye

This ornate Amulet is finely crafted, made of a strange purple black alloy and glows purple when held by a devote worshipper of Odin. it is not magic unto itself but instead is a direct conduit to the plane of Asgard.  Aa true worshipper of Odin to focus their power and allow some of the power of Asgard to come into his/herself.   The item resembles a typical holy symbol except for its exotic manufacture.  It depicts the one eye engraved on the center and the chain is made of god-blessed steel. When wearing this item, the wielder has a chance to call on the magic of Odin even in a netherplane.  However, the worshipper still needs to save versus their wisdom against the DC of the plane they are in (DM's discretion based on the number of planes removed).  Additionally, this item is a holy symbol and can be used as a focus for spells.

One of the other powers of the Amulet is that if destroyed by design, by the true believer of Odin it will explode in a 30' circle.  This will bring any of the wielders allies back to Asgard with the wielder.  Enemies of the wielder will suffer 10d10 points of damage or save versus constitution for half.
