This belt was enchanted by Aphrodite herself, made for use by her children.
While wearing this belt, your Charisma score changes to 30. This effect does nothing to you if your Charisma without the belt is equal to or greater than 30. You also have a +3 on Charisma saving throws and all Charisma skills on a person of the opposite gender. Every time a person of the opposite gender sees the wearer of this belt, they go under the effect of a Philter of Love. The effect lasts until the wearer leaves the affected person's line of sight. The person is not aware they were under the effect of a potion. You can cast the cantrip Friends and the spell Charm Person at will, using no spell slots and with a bonus action. They require no concentration and when the spell ends, the person is not aware they were under the effect of a spell. All of the aforementioned effects only work on NPCs. If the wearer concentrates, as if on a spell, player's characters of the opposite gender are under the aforementioned effects as well.
