Amulet of the Watcher's Eye (cursed)

While wearing this amulet, you may cast the spell Zone of Truth once per day. The target of this spell must succeed on a DC 20 wisdom saving throw or be compelled to answer 1 question. The amulet then records the answer on a ticker tape. This record style can also be used at anytime the user chooses even without the use of the spell. Once attuned the Amulet can only be removed by succeeding on a DC 25 Wisdom saving throw.

Curse:

If the item is not used for more than 5 days, the user will suffer 1 point of exhaustion for every day after the first 5. Once the item is used again all levels of exhaustion caused by this curse are cured.
