A basket with 6 potions with variant unlabeled flasks and differently toned hues and consistencies.
One label is on the basket itself, and simply states; "Enjoy"
Roll 1d10 6 times to determine what type of potions the basket contains, and what the drinker turns into.
Each Flask contains 4 uses, and polymorph lasts 8 hours. (DM can change the creatures as desired)
