The shrunken heart of a long dead elven enchantress hung on a strip of black leather. This amulet protects against charms, but at a price.

The wearer automatically passes any saving throws against being charmed, but instead spends a hitdie takes necrotic damage.

The wearer takes necrotic damage equal to the result of their hit die roll +4. If the wearer is out of hit die, they make a saving throw as normal.
