A ghostly white feather which when held is heavier than it looks. 

When placed upon an item with the intent to carry said item, the feather will burn up and disappear. Items that are exceedingly heavy for the user will be easy to carry and items that are easy to carry will take little to no effort at all. Items 20lbs and under will float off the ground. This effect last for 10 minutes before the weight of the item returns to normal.
