Arctic Shard

This ornate scrimshaw wand holds a long, sleek, dagger-like icicle. The sky blue crystal freezes the air around it leaving trails of mists as it moves. It is cold to the touch and never melts. While holding this wand a creature can cast Frostbite and Ray of Frost at will.

This wand has 3 charges, replenishing on a long rest. While holding it, you can use an action to expend a charge to cast the following spells with a spell DC of 15:

Ice Knife at 3rd level

Rime’s Binding Ice  at 3rd level

Notes: Spellcaster, Damage, Combat
