This set of Plate armor and a Cloak was once in the possession of the first Great Elvin king, a ranger who united all of the Elves into one group. Upon his death, the armor and cloak were seen as a holy item for many years, until the elves fragmented once again. It somehow wound up in the Lair of a Deep Dragon. Part of his soul still dwells within the armor and cloak, giving them a peaceful personality, it wants to be reunited with the rest of the Elvin King's equipment.
A strange material connects the joints of the armor, as well as connecting the armor to the cloak. The armor fully encompasses they body, from the footwear to the the chest piece. The head wear comes from the cloak.
This Armor is Sentient, and can speak Common and Elvish either verbally or telepathically. It also has 30ft of Darkvison.
The cloak can hide any and all equipment the user is wearing. Concealing their identity and making it difficult for enemies to find you. You gain advantage on stealth checks. You also gain proficiency in stealth checks if you do not already have it. It also makes it difficult for enemies to hit you.
While you wear this Cloak and Armor, it projects an illusion that makes you appear to be standing in a place near your actual location, causing any creature to have disadvantage on attack rolls against you. If you take damage, the property ceases to function until the start of the next day.
Forged by the Elves of old, this armor is light enough that you can use your full DEX bonus with this armor.
This equipment has eighteen charges, that recharge after a long rest.
One charge can be used to cast the spells Shield Protection From Energy and Protection From Poison
You have a +3 bonus to AC while wearing this armor. This armor is mithral.

Great Elvin King's Quiver
Plate consists of shaped, interlocking metal plates to cover the entire body. A suit of plate includes gauntlets, heavy leather boots, a visored helmet, and thick layers of padding underneath the armor. Buckles and straps distribute the weight over the body.
