Amber-encased Spider

A small ovular piece of amber with a blue and black spider encased in the center. As an action you may throw this item up to 30 feet, causing it to break open and casting the web spell centered on the point of impact. The first time a creature moves into the spell area a swarm of spiders appears in their space.
