A peculiar bow possessing no string and thin, bladed limbs resembling a pair of matched shortswords of elven design. When drawn, an ethereal bowstring and nocked arrow manifest where none should exist.
Firing this weapon requires no loading time and consumes no ammunition. Additionally, the wielder may choose to change the damage of each shot to deal either piercing or radiant damage before making their attack roll.
The bow may also be separated into a beautiful pair of matched shortswords as a free action or returned to its original form. Transforming the bow multiple times in a round requires a bonus action to complete, though each form retains the benefits of choosing damage types.
Proficiency with a Longbow allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.
Notes: Melee Weapon Attack: Radiant, Ammunition, Heavy, Range, Two-Handed, Slow
