Posted Apr 30, 2023It can't stack because it requires attunement. You can only be attuned to three items at a time, and you cannot be attuned to more than one copy of an item.

Posted Dec 12, 2023An "Intelligence check" is just short for an "Intelligence ability check" so you should add the +1, even if no skill proficiency is being used.

Posted Jul 15, 2024Still wonder if I could argue that this stone also works in Moon Druids Wild Shape, since my items "merges into my new form" and is technically still with me ^^
Alternatively I might have to try fashioning some kind of necklace that would be practical enough to wear with at least some of my forms.

Posted Apr 8, 2026Unfortunately RAW and RAI this doesn't work as part of your form because you can't use items that have merged into your form but if you attach it to a neckless, bracelet, hair clip, or the like you could do it, or just hold it in your mouth or something when in wild shape since you have one free object interaction each round to pick it up.
