This component pouch functions much like a Bag of Holding in that the wearer can reach into a void and magically produce an item needed to cast a spell. Only mundane, nonmagical items can be produced (corked vial, screws, bolts, scraps of cloth), and those items cannot have a monetary value (gems, jewelry, "x" gold worth of ...). Once a turn, as part of the spell casting action, the artificer can reach into the pouch and produce up to two nonmagical items needed to cast a spell. For example, an artificer looking to cast the spell Acid Arrow could reach into the pouch and produce a pinch of powdered rhubarb leaf and an adder stomach, mix them up in a vial they already have handy, mix it up and throw it. However, that same artificer could not reach into the pouch and produce the diamond for Raise Dead, because there is a monetary value attached to that diamond of 500 gp. A raw sample of a component must be in the pouch, for the pouch to produce it. This pouch otherwise functions as a regular component pouch and weighs just as much.
Notes: Must be an Artificer.
