ADHD

Item cannot be acquired, item represents an quality at characters birth. Cannot be removed, cannot be transferred.

Any character with ADHD will be required to make an ADHD roll every turn (2d10%) . 

High % roll grants hyper fixation check (1d20).
Rolling 18+ grants the ability to cast 2 spells at the cost of only 1 spell slot. 

Low % roll forces distraction check (1d20).
Rolling 3 or lower required attack to be rolled at disadvantage. 

Notes: Not an actual item, character modification for ADHD folks who want their characters to also be ADHD and have that make an impact on gameplay.
