This particular axe is one amongst the line of weapons devoted and said to be blessed by Perun himself, albeit whether there is any truth or falsehood behind the claim is unclear. It is also possible that this axe was not one of its kind but that, instead, other versions and other copies of it are spread throughout the continent, some lost to time and circumstance.
The axe's edge forms a sort of a semi-circle, though it seems almost like a quarter of a circle more than anything else, and it has a small horn-like protrusion on either end of the blade. The rest of the axe is decorated with lines and runes, and with the image of a sleeping owl, its eyes closed, in the middle, although what is the truly interesting part is the fact that this axehead has no handle albeit the one made up of a chain. The weapon seems to be made to throw and fling at enemies, its reach of around 4.5 meters, or 15 feet, could probably be used to try and pull enemies forward.
Thrice per dawn, you can summon and throw a golden apple at an enemy; the apple combusts in the form of electrical energy, causing 4d10 lightning damage within 5ft and 3d10 within 10ft.
Proficiency with a Whip allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.
Notes: Attunment is required by spellcasters and those with arcane abilities., Damage, Consumable, Finesse, Reach, Slow
