Once upon a time, there was an old gnome. He was an artificer, a legendary inventor, who always crafted wondrous new machines to solve everyday problems. However, his machines had one issue - they were quite unreliable. And the little gnome was quite hot-headed. So whenever something stopped working, he became angry and smashed his inventions - and, as if through magic, they started working again. As he recognized that pattern, he, in an attempt to control his anger issues, crafted the Hammer of Maintenance, which allowed him to focus his anger onto specific parts of his inventions to apply what also is known as percussive maintenance.
This large hammer was made of mostly brass and copper and seems to have an intricate mechanism of gears, cogs and other mechanical parts built into its head. It can be wielded as a magical warhammer that grants a +1 to attack and damage rolles made with it, and, while you are attuned to it, you are proficient with tinker's tools and can use the hammer as if it was a set of tinker's tools.
The hammer has 10 charges and regains 1d6+4 charges daily at dawn. As an action, when you hit an object with this hammer, you can, instead of dealing damage to it, expend one or more charges to cast the following spells targeting that object: animate objects (5 charges), identify (1 charge, the item's properties appear in form of a small booklet with the title "user nanual", "instructions" or similar) and mending (1 charge).
Proficiency with a Warhammer allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Push. If you hit a creature with this weapon, you can push the creature up to 10 feet straight away from yourself if it is Large or smaller.
Notes: Bonus: Magic, Proficiency: Tinker's Tools, Damage, Combat, Versatile, Push
