Anthousai's Revenge

This bouquet is made of wolfsbane, oleander, brugmansia, and hemlock. It can be distilled into a poison, Anthousai's Revenge. The bouquet will allow for 1d4 bottles to be distilled before becoming too diluted to be useful.

As an action the bottle can be thrown, shattering on impact with a target or the ground. On a failed DC 15 DEX saving throw the target takes 2d10 poison damage, or half as much on a success. A creature who fails the save must also make a DC 15 CON saving throw or be blinded for 1 minute.
