This golden armband has marking's engraved in it, which display information about the time of day, month, season, and year, as well as information about cosmological events. The armband has seven small origami birds attached to it, holding on by their claws. The birds will move along the band and conversate with the user, and other birds, behaving like normal birds, staying on, or hovering very close to the armband, without interfering with the user at all. When talking to the birds about any topics relating to the information displayed on the armband, the birds are very intelligent and knowledgable relating to that area, and can share their knowledge with the user.
The armband grants the user to cast animal messenger and animal friendship at will, but only on beasts with a size medium or smaller, and that have a flying speed of at least 10ft, as well as advantage on survival checks.
The armband has 7 charges, and regains 1d6+1 charges at dawn each day. When each charge is regained, a new origami bird appears on the armband. You can use 1 charge to send a bird to fly up into the air for 1 minute, and look at the surrounding area. The bird can only fly up to 300ft away from you, and if destroyed, the effect ends. For 1 minute you can see through the eyes of the bird, and can use its passive perception of 16 to look at and investigate the area, gaining advantage on all perception and investigation checks while the effect is active. Use the tiny bird stat block for the origami birds.
Notes: Advantage: Wisdom Ability Checks, Requires attunement by either an aarakocra, or a druid or ranger.
