Aiger's Kiss is an obsidian cutlass that acts as the phylactery for a Death Tyrant. However, the Tyrant's ability to rebuild its physical form is hampered as long as the wielder is a living creature.
- The wielder gives off a faint mist while he holds the blade.
- As an action, the wielder may choose a creature he can see that has died within the last minute. The creature is then reanimated as a skeletal version of its original form, under the wielder's control. The wielder may, as a bonus action, issue the reanimated creature a command, which it will attempt to carry out to the best of its ability.
- As an action, the wielder may choose an undead creature he can see that is not under his control. The creature's controller must make a saving throw with their spellcasting ability modifier against the wielder's spell save DC.
- The wielder may use this blade to cast the spell speak with dead at will.
- The wielder may see visions of deceased persons they know for as long as they are attuned to the blade. They never manifest physically, but always appear frightened or in pain. The appearance of these visions may make it difficult for the wielder to sleep.
- The wielder may use this blade to resurrect a creature, provided they know the creature's name. In order to perform this ritual, the wielder must supply a diamond worth at least 1,000gp, the blood of 5 innocents, and their own life force. Once the ritual is complete, [REDACTED].

- Empowered Abilities:
- Attacks made with this blade deal 3d6 necrotic damage, and the target must succeed on a DC 18 Constitution saving throw or be paralyzed for 1 minute. The target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.
- The wielder has resistance to cold, lightning, and necrotic damage.
- The wielder has immunity to poison damage, as well as bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage from non-magical attacks.
- The wielder cannot be charmed, exhaustion, frightened, paralyzed, or poisoned.
- The wielder's alignment is Neutral Evil.
- The wielder gains three Legendary Resistances each day: If the wielder fails a saving throw, it can choose to succeed instead.
- If the blade is taken further than 60 feet from the wielder, the wielder begins to suffer 6d6 necrotic damage every 6 seconds. Necrotic resistance does not effect this damage.
