Amulet of Dawn

This amulet acts as a holy symbol for the Church of Dawn. At will you may instantaneously clean an object no larger than 2 cubic feet. This cleaning process leaves behind a soapy smell of your choice. 30ft range. 

    Once a day you can call upon the strength of Dawn to encase an enemy in a holy extra strength cleansing bubble. The target must succeed a charisma save (dc 16) or be restrained. 
    The target can man make a strength check (dc 16) or an attack (dc 16) to break out of the bubble. 
Targets effected by the bubble are cleaned thoroughly.
