The Arsenal of the War God is no singular weapon, but rather a portable gateway to the realm of one of many gods of war, which seems to take the form of a smooth, polished obsidian orb. each weapon found within the orb is said to have once belonged to a heroic warrior of old, their histories painted with valorous tales and the blood of countless foes.
This orb has 9 charges, and regains 1d6+3 charges daily at dawn.
Artifact of War. While you hold this orb, you can expend 1 charge to reach into the orb and pull out a +2 Weapon, either simple or martial, of your choice. The weapon lasts for 1 minute or until you pull out another weapon from the orb, after which it dissipates into a blood red mist. Alternatively, you can choose to pull out a +1 Shield instead and instantly don it.
Warrior of Elysium. While holding this orb, you can expend 2 charges to cast the Spiritual Weapon spell (at 4th level, with +8 to hit). The spell itself uses either your Strength or your Dexterity modifier (your choice) for its damage rolls. While the spell persists in this way, a ghostly warrior with an appearance of your choice wields the conjured weapon.
